Once a student is enrolled in a program, their seat is allocated. Due to limited seating and demand for our programs, no refunds will be provided once enrollment is complete.
In the unlikely event that a program is delayed for more than 30 days due to circumstances solely attributable to Systematic Academy, a refund may be considered. Such delays must be confirmed as directly due to the company’s responsibility. Requests for refunds under this policy must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.
